HOW TO GAIN WEGHT AT HOME WITHOUT EQUIPMENTS?

INTRODUCTION:
Hello friends! In the previous blog we have discussed how to lose weight. In this blog we will discuss how to gain weight. Those who are struggling to gain weight must read this blog this blog might be very helpul for you so let's get started.
In today's life staying healthy and fit is very much important to live longer, staying fit and healthy will help you lot everywhere. If you are unhealthy then it will create hassle in your life it's not good to lie on bed and face various types of operation but we pray god don't let anyone face such problem. To gain weight we have several types of foods and exercises which must be practised daily to get good results.


If you are consistence and dedicated towards your job you will love it, you will succeed in your job . Many people waste their money on unhealthy stuffs if you want to gain weight then gain healthy weight not unhealthy



Eating junk foods means devastation of your body. So now lets talk about food stuffs needed to gain weight and some exercises, exercise is very much important for anything you do. So let's get started.

EXERCISES NEEDED:

1. PUSH -UPS : Push ups are helpful for buidling upper body strength they work the pectoral muscles and shoulders when done proper form.

2. PULLUPS: They also strengthen the arms and shoulders. By performing pullups regularly, consistently will give good results.

3. SQUATS: Squats are the most obvious is building you legs muscles, quadriceps, hamstrings and calves. This drills also create an anabolic enviornment, which promote body-wide. So do it daily.

4. Bench press: Bench press helps build should (be careful while doing as it may hurt you hands).

5. Deadlifts: Deadlifting increases your core strength and adds to core stability. Deadlifting targets all of the muscles responsible for your posture.

So, it was all about exercise which help you in gaining muscles. Now we will talk about food stuffs.

------FOOD STUFFS-----
1. Milk: It offers fats, carbohydrates and necessary protein.

It is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals including calcium.

2. Protein shakes. Protein shakes are recommended to gain weight as it contain good amount of carbohydrates like mixture of banana, peanut butter and milk you can add some dry fruits it is very tasty I can't express in words so tasty shake.

3. Rice: Again good source of carbohydrate it contain about 200 calories many people find it incorporate into meals containing protein and vegetables.

4. Nuts and butter: It contain fatd which are healthy one. It can be added to any meals incliding salads. Row or dry roasted nuts have most health benefits.


Now it's your responsibility to take care of your body. Your body want that you take care of your body it will help you do good.
