Hello readers! Today we wil be talking about YOGA.The term "Yoga" in the Western world often denotes a modern form of hatha yoga and yoga as exercise, consisting largely of the postures or asanas. The practice of yoga has been thought to date back to pre-vedic Indian traditions; possibly in the Indus valley civilization around 3000 BCE.(Wikipedia).It is very tradition in India.
Yoga is the best in every case it is good if you perform daily then it gives mindblowing results.Many studies found that performing yoga for 15 days have given good results for heart patient, cancer patients in simple words its amazing to do. I recommend everyone to do it daily. You feel very much relaxed after doing 30 minutes of yoga everyday you will refresh and you will really love it. There are many "YOGA ASANAS" which should be done on daily basis and feel fresh. Wake up early in the morning and start doing yoga at 6am. Results will make youu say wow! amazing!.
1. KAPALBHATI(Breathing technique): It aids digestion and removal of acidity and gas related problems.
Regular practice of kapalbhati is also beneficial for belly fat loss and can also reduce heart related problems.
2. Bhastrika pranayam(Breathing technique): It has favorable effects on respiratory and digestive system.
It drains excess phelgm from our lungs. Oxygenates the blood increasing the vitality of all the organs and tissues which is very bemeficial. It calms mind. Energize entire body and mind.
3. Anulom-vilom: It treats snoring, controls obesity, beneficial for arthiris, controls constipation, controls allergic problems, manges bloodcirculation a number of benefits.
4. Sarvang asana(Shoulder stand pose): It strenthen the shoulders, relieves from back pain, good for blood circulation, sponsers body balance, good for eyesight and many more.
5. Hal asana(Plow pose): It calms the brain, stimulates abdomen organs and the thyroid glands, stretches the shoulder and spine, reduces stress and fatigue.
So, you have seen many benefits of doing yoga on daily basis. Many benefits may be better than medicines so if want to take a good sleep on your house bed instead of hospital bed then start doing yoga from now onwards. I recommend everybody to do yoga every single day never leave it, The very first thing in the morning do yoga, you will relieve diseases from your body.
